Atomic separation is our term for the process we use to change the amount of space between atoms in a molecule of a particular element. Changing the amount of space between the atoms has a similar effect to ionizing an element; it creates discernible variations of the element or even an entirely new one.
Our method of atomic separation has the added effect of rendering nearly all of the material invisible to almost all modern day testing equipment. The only exception is inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (Wikipedia), which can detect trace elemental amounts.
Ormus is a naturally occurring elemental state of matter. Ormus itself is not a material; every element and mineral has an “Ormus state” which exhibits nanoscale properties and phenomena, including: increased membrane permeability, higher melting point, altered electrical potentials, and different atomic structures.
The word “Ormus” is not ours and does little to explain the true nature of these minerals. The word “Ormus” is a corruption of the acronym ORME’s, a term coined by David Radius Hudson which stands for “Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements”.

Because the Inductive Natural Elements we use in our product are minerals of varying elemental bases, the health benefits can range heavily depending on what mineral deficiencies you may suffer from.

One daily dose of Vancouver Island Ormus Ocean Mineral Supplement contains over 245% of your recommended Daily Value of Zinc, 5% of Magnesium, and a minuscule amount of almost every other essential trace element required for proper biological function.
If taking the recommended daily dose orally, the minerals should be absorbed directly into your digestive system and your body will direct the nutrients where they are most needed. In case of some European countries we also offer another shipping option which is registered, safe and cheapest, but takes ca. 7 working days to arrive at the shipping address.

Returns, refunds, damaged products
Yes, we accept returns if the items are unopened and sealed. We will send a refund as soon as the we receive the returned order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days from receipt of your package to send us back the purchased and unopened goods without any reason. After the 30 days are over, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with the induction seal unbroken.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over EUR40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your order is damaged or the contents are spilled, provide evidence (a picture works fine) of the damage and we will send you a replacement order.
